Finally some news about the Conan reboot. THR is reporting Mickey Rourke is in negotiations to play Conan’s father in the new movie. Rourke playing Conan’s father is nothing new, because in January they were in early talks for him to play the role, but the negotiations fell apart. I guess Lionsgate realized... 

Looks like Ben Stiller is firing up his crapulator and getting ready for a new Zoolander. Finke has learned today that Ben Stiller and Justin Theroux (screen writer for Ironman 2 and Tropic Thunder) are in the process of writing a script for Paramount Pictures for the sequel of the cult following but poorly received Zoolander.... 

Now here is some really great news about the new Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Ian McShane has been added to play the notorious Blackbeard, the pirate who was captain of the Queen Anne’s Revenge. With the addition of McShane as Blackbeard, this is our first real glimpse at the story they will be going... 

Talk about news coming out of left field, Bruce Willis announced at the junket for his new movie Cop Out that there is a Die Hard 5 in the making. That’s right, I said Die Hard 5!  It seems John McClane will not go gently into that good night. The Die Hard series is one of my favorites, and I hope they make a Die Hard...
