Looks like Men in Black 3 is getting Brolin; get it Brolin, roll’n…never mind. Any who, awhile back we told you that Etan Cohen was going to write the third installment of the trilogy. Hero Complex (man that’s a cool name for a website) reported that Josh Brolin (No Country for Old Men, Jonah Hex) is being considered to join the duo of Will Smith(best news that he is back for the third) and his Country co-star Tommy Lee Jones for the third installment of MIB.

So here’s the roles he might play: He may play a young agent K (Tommy Lee Jones Character) in some fashion,which I hate the most, or the better idea is agent K is retiring and passing the torch to Brolin to be Agent J’s partner (Will Smith’s character).

I really hope they don’t pull some crappy go back in time ploy for the young agent K scenario. Men in Black 2 was already pushing the plausibility quota for an already unbelievable situation.  Going back in time has only really worked for one movie: Back to the Future. Tommy Lee Jones, all though a great actor, is getting older and should retire or start leading the MIB’s. Brolin would be a great replacement agent so the series can continue. I love that their coming out with a 3rd installment of MIB and no matter what the plot, I’m going to be there to see it.
