Hey, look what Hollywood has done! They made a movie about the Red Baron. If you don’t know who the Red Baron is he’s the guy who shot down American soldiers during WWI. The movie stars Matthias Schweighöfer (Valkyrie), Til Schweiger (Inglourious Basterds), and has already been released in Europe.

From what I can tell from the trailer they are trying to portray the Red Baron as a soldier with integrity that only wants to fight honorably, this is crap! Never in my life have I seen Hollywood so desperate for movie plots that they will make a movie that romanticizes A Kaiser scumbag that killed American and British servicemen. What can you really say about the Baron, even if he wanted to fight with integrity or had a heart of gold when he was on the ground; we as Americans should never celebrate a movie about some Kaiser Douche Bag no matter how kind he is portrayed. You know, I never advocate down loading a movie, but in this case I’ll make an exception. I hope this movie doesn’t make one cent in this country.

As an American, if you feel differently than I do; go read some American or even European history to find out how the Kaisers really treated our pilots.
