Batman 3 finds its writers (I think?)

I have stated before that I don’t like reporting on rumors that are based on “he said, she said” because someone heard something from someone else, but this one is about the new Chris Nolan’s Batman and there isn’t enough news out there about the movie for my liking.
David S. Goyer announced that he was leaving the ABC show FlashForward to work on “feature projects.” “Future projects” is Hollywood code for Goyer is helping Jonah Nolan (Chris Nolan’s brother) write the new Batman 3 sequel. Goyer directed The Unborn, put the story together for The Dark Knight and co-wrote Batman Begins.
Here’s why the news seems to be more rumor then fact. The whole story is based off of a story from ComingSoon about a quote from Nikki Finke from an article on Deadline Hollywood. I don’t know Finke and I can’t say if this is true or not but any news about them making Batman 3 is good news even if it’s just a rumor for now.
